Job Title: SEN Tutor

Location:

Job Type:

Temporary, Part-Time hours

Salary:

£20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing specialised support and instruction to students with special educational needs. Duties include developing individualised learning plans, adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of each student, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Required Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in working with students with special educational needs

- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions

Education:

- A relevant degree or qualification in Education or Special Education

Experience:

- Proven experience working with SEN students in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of SEN principles and practises

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional training in SEN support

Working Conditions:

- Part-Time hours, temporary position

- Work closely with students, parents/guardians, and other education professionals

- Potential for some travel within the Surrey area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
