An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for our energetic, fast-growing business as an Aviation Contract Manager. We need applicants that are motivated, IT Literate (understanding of Microsoft packages) and can develop long term relationships with our aviation clients and temporary workers. If you’re outgoing, organised, enjoy a challenge and have previous aviation recruitment experience, this is the job for you! 

Experienced in managing high value Aviation clients? 

We offer a salary of up to £32,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience.

Free Car Parking Responsibilities include:  

Dealing with the management and welfare of our temporary workers. This will include managing their weekly payroll, resolving queries and coaching and supporting their performance 
Establishing and developing strong relationships with the customer 
Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements
