Human Resources Job Description

Human resources (known as HR) need employees who are good at managing people as well as detecting and dealing with any personnel problems.

They keep track of how employees are doing in the workplace and are responsible for recruitment if new employees.

HR staff are also responsible for implementing new company policies and will manage company payroll, organize training sessions and supervise salary reviews annually.

Key skills for HR managers are the ability to work well with people and a strong track record in management.

Employers are interested in particular in candidates who have degrees or experience in business management and administration, psychology and resource management.
