Entertainment Job Description

The entertainment industry takes in the worlds of film and television, theatre and music as well as gaming and allied industries.

The sector is growing and changing all the time as new technologies emerge, and candidates for positions in any of these areas need to have a good understanding of the way businesses operate in this field.

Good technical knowledge is essential for areas such as cinematography or sound and lighting jobs, and training in digital media is also important. Entertainment workers need to be imaginative and creative, able to work well in a team and come up with innovative ideas.
